Mr. Nieto received his Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from the National University in Mexico, where he received the “Gabino Barreda Medal”. He received his Masters Degree from the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France, where he was also Honored receiving “The France Prime Minister Medal” He also pursued Postgraduate Studies at the Royal Institute of Public Administration in the UK affiliated to the University of London, as well as the Instituto Nacional de Administracion Publica (INAP) in Mexico.
Mr. Nieto has been Professor of Economics, Finance and Logistics in the National University of Mexico and in the Monterrey Tec. He also has an extensive career as speaker in Conferences and Seminars in Latin America, the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Mr. Nieto co-authored with Mr. Ken B. Ackerman the Spanish version of the book “Warehousing Profitably”. He was the Founder and Coordinator of the Dallas/Fort Worth–Mexico Logistics Group and Vice President of Programs of the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, where he also was a member of the Board. Mr. Nieto is also frequently invited as Commentator at different business, educational and media events.

Tom leads BEA and is an expert in AI, text analytics, Tableau data visualizations and knowledge management solutions. He has served as CEO/COO/CTO of organizations with primary responsibility for finance, marketing and product management. At Ai-One, he led the development strategy and deployment support for knowledge management and intelligent agent systems.
He has international experience in startup, turnaround and growth situations in the medical device, marketing, petroleum and software industries for both public and private companies, primarily B2B selling to large Fortune 500 firms.

EMILIENNE FIOGBE, Regional Representative for West Africa, HOWORTH International, LLC
Emilienne Fiogbe, graduated in International Business and Trade from Richland College (www.richlandcollege.edu), part of the Dallas, Texas County Community College District, and was an intern with HOWORTH International, LLC since early 2013.
Emilienne is originally from the Benin Republic, a Western country of Africa. She has a Bachelor Degree in English from the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin and has always been interested in international studies. When Emilienne came to the United States after her graduation, she decided to major in International Business and Trade. Emilienne was active in student organizations at Richland College as the president of the International Studies Club (ISC) at Richland College and the co-founder & vice-president of the African Young Leaders Association (AYOLAS).
At HOWORTH International, Emilienne has been actively researching the West Aftrican market for products produced in Africa with a market potential in the United States and Canada – see the Research White Paper: “AFRICA – the New World Market” and for products from other countries needed in that part of the world.
Emilienne is currently working with HOWORTH International to establish a nonprofit organization called iSupportHer. The goal of the organization is to empower women farmers in Benin.

Participating in the EDUCATION of future Business Leaders is a Passion of ours. HOWORTH International was pleased to participate in the Independent Study and Mentorship program of the Frisco ISD, Frisco, TX USA.
Lawrence P. Howorth, President of HOWORTH International, was selected as a mentor for the then Frisco High School student Alex Bouterse. Mr. Bouterse chose a project in “International Business”. Alex went on to attend Ohio State University and enrolled in the International Business Program.
Alex has now graduated with HONORS and has taken a position as the Operations Supervisor at Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Ohio.
